Jen came to Korea with her boyfriend, Ryan Goetsch. They’ve been in Changwon for 6 months. Jen’s 29 years old and, in college, double majored in Psychology and Philosophy, while minoring in Religion. She works at two elementary schools here – Anam and Daibang. (This is common – Many of the “native teachers” in the public school system here work in more than one school. I lucked out, and work at only one.)

This interview took place at Cacaoria, a local coffee shop whose owner is ridiculously good to us. The place serves tea and coffee, and makes their own chocolate. Before we actually recorded this interview, Jen and I had a lengthy discussion about sweatboxes, brought on by the recent Sedona, Arizona tragedy.
